My previous experience has primarily been in retail and sales operations, so articulating how my skills translate to a sales administration role was challenging. During the program, Eddie Lee and Dave Kwan provided invaluable insights into improving my resume and interview techniques. Specifically, I learned how to effectively highlight my transferable skills and experiences relevant to the role of Sales Administrator. I emphasized my strengths in "Detail-oriented administration," "Customer service expertise," and "Working under minimal supervision" in my resume. My cover letter underscored "Operational expertise," "Attention to detail," and "Proficiency in software tools," aligning them with the job requirements. During the interview, I tailored my responses to match the job description, ensuring a smooth interview process that conveyed positivity and realism. During the interview, the interviewer was confident in my ability to meet their requirements.

Eddie Lee
- Eddie is the founder of OneHub Business Development Centre and Canada Business Enterprise Inc., currently managing over a dozen companies in Canada and overseas as CFO and senior executive.
- Eddie held a leadership position at Acer Group and helped them setup China operations, implemented special projects including business strategy development, downsizing, cost reductions, process reengineering, strategic relocation, and inventory management.
- Eddie obtained an EMBA in Supply Chain from the ETH Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.
