Mentorship Program

As job seekers transition to a career environment, they face challenges that they may not recognize. Many job seekers do not have the correct skills (soft skills or human skills) to establish a trusting relationship with others. Working in a team with a high level of accountability and the ability to influence are essential. In other words, this program develops a person’s potential which allows them to contribute and offer a higher value to their career environment.

Program Objectives: 

Our mentoring program focuses on developing individuals by equipping them with specific skill sets based on their needs. These skill sets that they will establish, or enhance will guide them to a smoother transition in attaining a higher level of career success.

Program Outline:

This program equips individuals with the understanding of their goals and challenges to help them acquire skill sets through: 1 on 1 mentoring, practice, and constructive feedback.

Monthly mentoring sessions for 4 to 6 months.
