Sann F. S. Chan
Executive Director
Sann upholds social work values and uses an equity lens to lead OneHub Growth as an organization that addresses individual and structural barriers faced by disadvantaged individuals. She oversees the organization and brings to life our mission, vision, values, and mandates. Through her leadership, OneHub Growth acknowledges Canada’s poverty reduction strategies to help individuals gain income security and maintain their well-being from a social determinant of health perspective. She ensures that OneHub Growth’s service delivery and practices are based on the best interests of our community members. Sann holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Manitoba. Sann is pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Waterloo as a life-long learner. With extensive experience working with charitable and not-for-profit organizations, she is a community leader, registered social worker, and volunteer in her professional life.
Jacky Yu
Communications Manager
Jacky is an entrepreneur, community builder, and driven youth leader. He worked with different teams, including youth, to build and create start-up organizations in various industries, such as healthcare, IT, etc. He graduated from York University, specializing in healthcare management and has since accumulated a wealth of experience in marketing, IT, and administration. He has also had a history of working with non-profits and volunteering at various healthcare institutions. Throughout Jacky’s career, he utilizes his creativity and mobilizes people to collaborate and create potential solutions to address social issues. He firmly believes in the power of people in a working team.
Board of Directors
Board members are nominated and elected representing a wide spectrum of professional knowledge in different fields such as legal, accounting, social work, health, and education. We also provide opportunities to youth who demonstrate leadership roles in the community. Board members will serve a 2 – 3 year term.
Eddrick Ambrogio Lee
Board Member
I was appointed as a Youth Accessibility Leader by the federal government, collaborating with job sites to make them more disability-accessible. My role as a university student studying health sciences is crucial in advocating for the well-being of people with disabilities. I am working towards a more equitable future for Canada by promoting accessibility at workplaces. I am a third-year Health Sciences student at Western University pursuing my dream of becoming a medical professional in the community. I demonstrate a strong passion for learning about the different aspects of health and how to provide supportive care for people with unique needs and challenges. For instance, I have experience helping children with autism develop their individuality in respite care programs using the person-centred approach. I also practised inclusivity by initiating group-fun activities in hospitals for children with special needs.
Jason Tang
Board Member
Jason is a student of law with a passion for enhancing the accessibility of justice andpersonal-achievement for members of his community who may be otherwise disadvantaged by social or economic barriers in society. He was born to parents who were first-generation immigrants and thus experienced both the privileges as well as challenges of being a Chinese-Canadian whilst growing up. He later graduated with Honours from McMaster University with an undergraduate bachelors degree in Justice, Political Philosophy, and Law. He then worked for a number of years in business management before pursuing his dream of becoming a lawyer in law school. He is currently a candidate for a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, hoping to extend his passion through the amazing outreach of OneHub Growth after having served as their Community Informations Officer during the summer of 2022.
Sam Sun
Board Member
Sam has over 15 years of professional experience in corporate finance and full-cycle accounting across the United States, Canada, as well as mainland China. Sam received his BSc and MSc from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics before acquiring his MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Sam also achieved both his CPA and ACCA designations, going on to work in a variety of different industries.

Advisors are appointed to demonstrate their values and practical knowledge with our organization. They are community members from different professional fields, such as legal and education, and from our neighborhood. Their voices facilitate growth and hope.
Antonio Urdaneta
Advisor
Lawyer, Antonio F. Urdaneta is the thought leader behind Workplace Legal. A marathon runner who improves the work climate and empowers business leaders, entrepreneurs, managers, supervisors and human resources professionals to reduce the inherent threats of workplace relations by providing innovative training, advisory, investigations, and litigation services. Antonio uses coaching tools and skills to inform, advice and represent workplaces in their virtual and physical challenges, including business transformation and managing toxic leadership.
Bill Hogarth
Advisor
Bill Hogarth was the Director of Education at York Regional District School Board for 16 years. He is a collaborative senior leader who, in periods of both expansion and consolidation over the past 40 years in two school boards, has had a broad range of experiences: expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans, Board policy, Ministry regulations, as well as curriculum and professional development programs. He was the past Chair of Seneca College and has received a Honorary Doctorate from York University. He is currently on the Board of University of Guelph. In 2018, York Region District School Board recognized Bill’s contributions with the naming of the Bill Hogarth Secondary School.
Dave Kwan
Advisor
Dave is an Advisor at OneHub Growth Organization. He is also a Principal at OneHub Business Consulting for Professional Development and manages various training programs. Dave is a certified training and development strategist and a leader with a unique learning vision. With a strong track record of effectively executing learning strategies, he can be relied on to enhance performance outcomes to achieve business and personal success. His expertise includes curriculum development, training strategy execution and interactive facilitation. Dave thrives in complex business environments by influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams. He has exceptional strategic leadership, dynamic collaboration, creative problem-solving, and agile critical thinking skills.
Francis Fan
Advisor
Francis was called to the bar in Ontario in 2014 and began his legal career in-house at a major Ontario transportation agency practicing corporate/commercial and real estate law. He subsequently started his own practice serving clients of various backgrounds in the Greater Toronto Area, including major clients such as LG Electronics Canada, prior to joining Metcalfe, Blainey and Burns LLP in 2020. Francis currently practices in the areas of corporate/commercial, real estate, and will and estates.
In addition to the above, Francis is a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, the Canadian Bar Association and Toronto Lawyers Association.
Lori Zucchiatti O’Neill
Advisor
Lori’s passions include mental health, social justice and volunteerism. After obtaining a degree in psychology, she honed her skills and knowledge at a social service agency that focused on distress/crisis management and suicide prevention, working in both frontline and volunteer management roles. She has been recognized for her volunteer contributions by being given several honours, including being a semi-finalist for FLARE Magazine’s National Volunteer of the Year Award (2006) and a winner of the Joan Crocker Award for Community and Civic Leadership (2015). In addition, as Chair of the Pocket Community Association (2019-21), Lori led this not-for-profit when it was honoured with a Community Hero Award by the City of Toronto for helping the community throughout the pandemic.
