OneHub Growth is honoured to receive funding from the Government of Ontario regarding the 2024-25 Seniors Community Grant to support “The Integration of Inclusive Drama and Online Workshops.” This project will empower racialized seniors in removing their barriers when facing mental health and aging challenges.

Addressing Mental Health Vulnerabilities Faced by Seniors
This project identifies the problem of mental health and aging challenges experienced by racialized seniors with a Chinese background. The integration of inclusive drama and online workshops promotes equity among seniors by increasing access to information and support for health prevention and promotion. Seniors co-design, co-produce, and co-deliver the drama activities in form of short videos on six (6) topics along with six (6) online workshops:
- Losing a loved one/Grief
- Dementia
- Elder Abuse
- Fall prevention
- Anxiety & Depression
- Misinformation & Fraud Prevention
