- Presentation of a 15-minute video using a story to describe seniors’ experiences of falling and highlight some strategies to prevent falls
- Interviewing the drama team
- Q & A
In this workshop, you will:
- Understand how aging increases your risk of falling
- Raise awareness of unsafe conditions in your home
- Enhance strategies for keeping your home safe
- Learn how to effectively prevent accidental falls
- Know more community resources about fall prevention
