Workshop Content:
- Grief literacy presented by a registered social worker
- Presentation of a 15-minute video addressing different emotions/reactions related to grief & different ways to move through the loss
- Interviewing the drama team including the script writer & actresses
- Q & A
In this workshop, you will:
- Understand how grief affects emotions, thoughts, behaviour, & physical health
- Gain knowledge about myths regarding grief
- Identify ways to move through the loss
- Have access to grief-related info & resources
